Event Fee is due three (3) weeks prior to the scheduled event.

Event dates with fees unpaid are subject to challenges from competing promoters.

There is a minimum of 7 bouts and maximum of 17 bouts in effect.

Bouts (over seven) that cancel less than 48 hours prior to the event will be eligible for a 50% refund.
